Chef's Table - Dan Barber - S01E02

Netflix's culinary documentary serie focuses on Dan Barber for its second episode. Barber is a big name in the foodie world and has received many distinctions (named one of the best new chefs in 2002, and in 2009, named one of the 100 most influential people by Times Magazine).
His two restaurants, Blue Hill and Blue Hill At Stone Barns, both in the state of New York are loved and visited from all countries. Barber's approach to food is so interesting and simple : mix food culture with agriculture to bring the most delicious products locally so that's why he created Blue Hill At Stone Barns. The farm produces the best seasonal ingredients for Barber's ideas.
It's also really great to see a chef who is conscious about his behavior : Barber tells it himself, he's guilty of a bad temper, unconditional to lots of chefs, so he regrets having learned to be like this and tries to change his ways because he likes to be in the kitchen working with his team.
